Timor Arabica Natural is a vibrant, fruit-forward coffee with a beautifully balanced cup. Through an extended anaerobic fermentation process, the beans develop added depth and natural sweetness, resulting in a complex yet approachable flavour profile.
Expect aromas of sweet tobacco, pomegranate, and red wine, followed by notes of tropical fruit, cocoa nibs, and malt with hints of ripe red grapes. A long tropical finish, medium body, and gentle acidity make this a smooth, memorable coffee that's just as enjoyable black as it is with milk.
