This coffee is decaffeinated using spring water and Ethyl Acetate (EA), a natural by-product of sugarcane processing.

The water-EA process allows for gentle extraction of the caffeine from the bean and avoids excessive heat or pressure which maintains the natural structure and flavor of the coffee bean.
