Our decaf coffee is made using spring water and Ethyl Acetate (EA), a natural by-product of sugarcane. This gentle sugarcane decaf process uses no excessive heat or pressure, preserving the bean’s natural structure and taste - so every cup is full-flavoured, just without the caffeine.

With tasting notes of toffee, vanilla, and chocolate, it’s a comforting, well-rounded brew that works beautifully with any brew method.
